The hotel staff lacks Thai hospitality and smiles. Communication in English is extremely challenging, there was one person in the restaurant can understand English, yet even that person was struggling to understand American English. This led to misunderstandings and frustrations during my stay. To add to the disappointment, when my nephew and I are swimming, a staff member at the outdoor swimming pool rudely shushed us, despite the hotel's claim of being family-friendly. The food quality was poor, and my request for no MSG was not understood. And also, the WiFi was unreliable, constantly requiring re-entry of credentials. Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

the good- beds, pool and pool staff, breakfast, quiet. the bad... rooms are tired, neighbourhood a bit rough and most near by restaurants crazy expensive, room service was extremely limited and poor my thai standards. many of the staff in the lobby are just on their phones all the time.

The hotel was nice, the rooms are clean. Bedroom are big enough for spend there few days. Bathroom was very nice. The staff was polite and nice. Meals very good, especially the sushi. The area around the hotel is not amazing, but was fun to walk around few times.

Not really sure where to start on this one. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in BKK but this one was severely lacking in Thai smiles and decent hospitality. I was travelling with family as well as attending a conference. My son accidentally bumped over a glass table in the lobby which shattered everywhere. About 8 staff stood there for 10 minutes taking photos and had to be asked, by us, to get a broom and clean it up. We stayed in the lobby for about 45 minutes and at no point did anyone come to see if we he was injured. They were however more than happy to come and deliver the bill for the table, after first approaching my conference organisers, which was beyond inappropriate and rather embarrassing. Firstly, a three legged glass table on a tiled floor is just plain stupidity and downright dangerous. Secondly, charging guests for accidental breakage in this situation is pretty rude. Had he picked up the table and thrown it I could understand it but I'd like to know if you would have charged an adult if they bumped it with their luggage??? We paid the bill, after several arguments but only because I did not want further attempts at charging it to my conference organisers. Aside from this issue, the wifi in the hotel is poor. Super annoying when you have to log in EVERY TIME your device goes to sleep and the signal in the room was next to useless. Breakfast was below average and breakfast items were not adequatelyrestocked. Bath had a layer of grime when we arrived and clearly had not been cleaned. Pool was cold and pretty stark and restaurants around this area are super $$$, so overall not impressed

location is a must in this large city and being far enough back from sukhumvit 26 to be quiet and still only minutes from the bustling asok area with shopping, dining, entertainment and public transport options makes the four wings hotel a great choice. great service, breakfast, location, facilities sums it up. pool and gym are very good, breakfast options leave nothing open to desire, from asian, japanese to european varieties and offers.
